Kelly Ghara is Founder and President of MG3, LLC. In 2014, after several decades in the corporate world, a desired return to her love of home improvement/design fostered the creation of MG3 with her son-in-law, Beau Maginnis. Drawing inspiration from global travels and experiences in other places fuels her appreciation of spaces - big or small and the potential transformation into a haven for modern and extended families.

Beau Maginnis, Vice President, was born and raised in Baton Rouge. After graduating from University Lab School, Beau attended Louisiana State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. After years in political consulting and national sales he realized his true passion.

Beau is a licensed Commercial and Residential contractor, Broker, MG3 Realty, and former board member for the GBRAR Board of Directors. As a lifetime resident with two decades of real estate experience in the local market, Beau knows the ins and outs of this unique city and its' neighborhoods.
